Shoreside Marine Engineering Services
(SMES) is a collective of mariners',
equipment technicians' , and marine
machinists' with an accumulation of
experience and resources' in the
marine, power generation, industrial,
and earth moving industries'; founded
because people hate working on
boats! Shoreside Marine Engineering
Services also wants to
support the diverse engineering needs
of the maritime communities in the
San Francisco; as well as, Monterey Bay
Areas.

manufacturer with a service department.
Shoreside Marine Engineering Services
specializes in Caterpillar®; however, that's
not all we work on by any means.. We
also offer services for all of the other
major manufacturer's as well; gasoline,
diesel, mechanical, electronic, hydraulic,
electric, zdrive, v-drive, conventional,
tractor, whatever. Whether you are in
need of a simple service or have been
beating your head with an issue, give us a
call! We don't want to limit ourselves with
